Client Care: It Doesn’t End at Settlement

At the Simon Salm Team, selling a home isn’t just about contracts and keys — it’s about building lasting relationships with our clients. Whether you’re buying your dream home or saying goodbye to a cherished family property, we know how important these milestones are, and our care doesn’t stop once the sale is done.

Staying in Touch

Long after settlement day, we keep in regular contact with our past clients — not just with market updates, but with personal touches that reflect our genuine care. From anniversary calls and cards, celebrating the day you moved into your new home to small seasonal surprises, we love finding ways to stay connected.

A Year of Surprises

Our ‘Clients for Life’ (although we never officially use that term) are treated to a little extra joy throughout the year. From mango deliveries at Christmas and hot cross buns at Easter, plus a few festive surprises for Australia Day, Valentine’s Day, St Patrick’s Day, and Halloween, there’s always something fun on the way. These small gestures are just one way we like to say thank you for trusting us with your biggest asset.

We also make sure our clients are kept informed year-round. While our regular newsletters feature our current listings, we also provide quarterly market updates and an end of financial year wrap-up directly to our clients, ensuring they always have a clear picture of what’s happening in the property market.

Beyond the Gifts

It’s not just about the treats. We’re here for advice whenever our clients need us — whether it’s understanding how the market is moving, guidance on renovations, or even just a friendly chat about what’s happening in the neighbourhood.

Community Connections

We also love giving back to the wider community, running regular giveaways open to everyone, because looking after people — clients or not — is simply part of who we are. We proudly support local school fetes and colour runs, as well as sponsor the World’s Biggest Morning Tea for the Redlands Cancer Council and the Live Like Her Challenge, which supports women over 55 experiencing homelessness. Additionally, we offer a community trailer, available for anyone to borrow free of charge, making moving, events, and projects a little easier for those who need it.

It’s About Relationships, Not Transactions

At the end of the day, real estate is about people, and we genuinely care about the people we work with. We believe in building long-term relationships based on trust, care, and respect — because when you work with the Simon Salm Team, you’re not just a client for today, you’re part of the family for life.
