We found Kathy to be a very knowledgeable, trustworthy and approachable agent. We were buying from interstate and although we had traveled to view the property, the rest of the negotiations and purchase were done remotely. Kathy was patient and helpful and answered all of our questions and followed up promptly when required. The purchase, from the initial viewing to settlement day was made much easier because of Kathy. Wish we could give more stars.
