Ben and Simon were dedicated towards our target. We had time the limit to sell off our first home, and they did a splendid job in terms of closing the deal within time frame. With high bank interest rate it’s difficult to expect high price however Ben did good job in terms of finding a good rate and negotiating well for us. Thank you Ben and Simon. :)
