We felt very happy with Simon, Kathy and Michelle when we were putting the house on the market. They gave us all the information and they were considerate of our needs in order to purchase our next property. We were mystified as to how we were charged twice for the Real Estate's commission. Surely there must be a set procedure for the commission to be paid. We felt that Kathy had become like a friend through out our interaction with her and felt very free to phone her when we had a concern.
